An innovative, bespoke new service aimed at bringing together the benefits of talking therapy and exercise in order to increase therapeutic outcomes. The service includes one session of talking therapy and one personal training session per week. Talking therapy can take place at The Practice Rooms or via the Walk and Talk option at your preference. Likewise, personal training sessions will be held at a local gym or outdoors, again at your preference and in line with your requirements.
Alternatively, if you prefer, there is the option to work with a male Personal Trainer. Chris Lewis has over a decade of experience within the corporate fitness sector and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. With a proven track record of helping clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, Chris specialises in weight loss and long term lifestyle change.
